Camera CMOS / CCD sensor cleaning fluid and swab – any dealer in India?

Of late I found out some dust spots on the sensor on my Canon EOS 400D. Where can I get cleaning fluid and swab in India? I found in the net that cleaning fluid Eclipse E2 along with swabs is the best solution. But I could not find out any dealer in India. Please help!!!!

If you have not done this before and havent been taught how to do this I wouldnt touch the sensor. If you slip, just a bit, you will be buying a new camera.
